Thurgood Marshall Academy’s alumni college enrollment, retention, and graduation rates continue to exceed those of their peers in Washington, DC. One hundred percent have been accepted to college; 67% of students in the class of 2016 attended college within the first year of high school graduation; and 58% of the class of 2015 persisted into their sophomore year of college. Most notable, our students’ 60% five-year college graduation rate exceeds the national average.
