Formal Complaint Process
Any person wishing to file a formal complaint with Thurgood Marshall Academy must complete the Thurgood Marshall Academy Formal Complaint Form. Only complaints filed through this process will be reviewed. The form should be submitted to info@tmapchs.org. Any person not satisfied with the result of a Formal Complaint, may appeal to the Thurgood Marshall Academy Board of Trustees by contacting the Board Chair at:
