Re-Enrollment Guide
Thank you for continuing to partner with us for your student’s education. Please complete the following steps by June 1, 2026 to secure your student’s enrollment seat.
Step 1 Proof of Residency
Submit unexpired DC Driver’s License/ID with acceptable Proof of Residency
Step 2 Complete Online Registration
Once proof of DC Residency has been received and verified, the enrolling guardian will receive their personal registration link.
Step 3 Health and Dental Forms
Submit up to date immunization records, health, and dental forms prior to the start of school.

Step 1 Proof of Residency

Step 3 Submit Academic Information
Please submit your students IEP (if applicable), final 8th grade report card or unofficial transcript
Step 4 Health and Dental Forms
Submit up to date immunization records, health, and dental forms prior to the start of school.
Proof of DC Residency:
Per OSSE, “To be enrolled in any DC public school, a parent/primary caregiver must show original documents as proof of DC residency for each student assigned to or wishing to attend a traditional public or public charter school in the District”. Proof of DC Residency options are:
Option A – Paystub issued within the past 45 days and must contain withholding of only DC personal income tax for the current tax year and no other states listed for the deduction, even if the amount is zero. It must also show a DC personal income tax withholding amount greater than zero for both the current tax year and the current pay period. The enrolling parent/guardian’s name and current address must be displayed OR
Option B – Unexpired official documentation of financial assistance from the Government of the District of Columbia (i.e., TANF, Medicaid, SCHIP, Housing Assistance, Supplemental Security Income, etc.) issued within the past 12 months, displaying the enrolling parent/guardian name and current address OR
Option C – District of Columbia Driver’s License AND District of Columbia’s vehicle registration (both documents must be unexpired, and names and addresses must match) OR
Option D -District of Columbia Driver’s License or DC non-driver’s identification card AND two consecutive utility bills (electric, gas, and water only) issued within the last two months. The second bill must show payment on the first bill.
